How it all came to be…

Our Mission

Liz started Complete Cross Training to share the surprisingly simple method of achieving fitness success with the world. Liz began, by necessity of the busyness of life and parenthood, to build the most efficient workout and nutrition plan to produce the most amazing, lasting results. We’ve developed a nutrition plan and an endless set of 20-40 minute workouts perfect for real world people…the busy moms, dads, and hard workers out there. Our quest is to share simple ideas and proven methods to lead you to a healthy and fit lifestyle. Becoming fit and healthy doesn’t need to be complex…it needs to be realistic and doable. This is a daily discipline of positive habits that will yield attainable results for a lifetime. Our mission is to make fitness fit into everyday life and be realistic and achievable for busy people.
